Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Chin Gregory Media LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us", "Chin") collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers chingregory.com, app.chingregory.com, our checkouts, our workshops and calls, and the emails and texts that follow from them. If you have a Chin AI account, the Chin AI Privacy Policy also covers what you put into the app.
1. What you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number, when you sign up for a free resource, register for a workshop, apply, or buy.
- Application and onboarding answers: what you tell us about your business, skills, goals, experience, income and availability, so we can see whether a programme fits and prepare for a call.
- Messages and calls: emails, texts, direct messages, support requests, and recordings and transcripts of calls and sessions you join with us (see section 3).
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and what you paid. Card details go straight to our payment providers (Whop and Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
2. What is collected automatically
When you visit our pages, we and the tools we use collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, where you came from, what you click, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. This uses cookies, pixels and similar technology:
- The Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
- The Whop pixel on some sales pages, so we can see which pages lead to sales.
- Our own cookies, for example one that remembers when you first saw an offer so its countdown shows you the right price, and records of which pages people sign up from.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and to keep the sites running.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some pages, such as countdown offers, may not show you the right details if you do.
3. Call and session recordings
We record calls, video calls and online sessions, including application calls, coaching calls and workshops, and we may use transcription tools (some of them AI) to produce notes. We do this to keep a record of what was said and agreed, to deliver what you bought, and to improve our programmes. You will be told when a call is recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, say so, and we will stop recording or you can join without being recorded; it will never change your price, your access or your rights. You can ask for a copy of a recording you are in, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@chingregory.com.
4. How we use your information
- to send you what you asked for, and to deliver and support what you bought;
- to register you for workshops and send you the links and reminders;
- to email you about our programmes and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time), and to text you where you have agreed to receive texts;
- to review applications and prepare for calls;
- to take payments, give refunds and keep financial records;
- to measure and improve our pages, content and advertising;
- to prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access;
- to meet our legal obligations and to protect our rights, including in payment disputes.
5. Advertising
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may advertise on other platforms. To measure those ads and show them to the right people, we let those platforms set cookies on our pages and share online identifiers and information about what you do on our pages with them. Some US state laws call this "sharing" or a "sale", even though nobody pays us for your information. We treat it that way, and you can opt out: email support@chingregory.com with the subject line "opt out", or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out. You can also change your ad settings inside Facebook and Instagram.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not use sensitive information to infer things about you.
6. Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of the business for us, bound to use your information only for that: for example hosting (Vercel), our CRM, email and text system (GoHighLevel), payments and course delivery (Whop and Stripe), video calls, scheduling, transcription, and the AI providers that power Chin AI.
- Advertising platforms, as described in section 5.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, who keep it confidential.
- Authorities and others where the law requires it, to enforce our terms (including giving the order record to a payment provider during a dispute), or to protect anyone's safety.
- A buyer of the business, if the business or part of it is sold or merged. We will tell you if that happens.
We do not sell your information for money, and we never show it to other members or customers.
Mobile numbers and text messages. We do not share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that send the messages for us.
7. Emails and texts
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any of them. Emails about something you bought, your account or a workshop you registered for are not marketing and will still come.
We only send texts if you have agreed to receive them, and agreeing is never a condition of buying. Our SMS and Text Messaging Terms explain what we send, how often, and how to stop. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. We keep a do-not-contact list and act on requests promptly.
8. How long we keep it
- Sign-ups, enquiries and applications: three years from the last time we were in touch.
- Customer and programme records: while you have access, and seven years after.
- Payment and transaction records: seven years, for tax and accounting.
- Call recordings and transcripts: three years from the call.
- Support and complaint records: five years from when they were resolved.
- Records of your consent to emails and texts: five years from when you gave or withdrew it.
- Website and advertising data: up to 26 months.
We keep information longer only where the law requires it or we need it for a legal claim. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, apart from records the law requires us to keep;
- give you your information in a format you can take elsewhere;
- stop using it for marketing, stop any "sale" or "sharing" for advertising, and stop targeted advertising;
- limit how we use any sensitive information.
Email support@chingregory.com with the subject line "privacy request". We confirm within 10 business days and answer within 45 days, or tell you why we need up to 45 more. We will check it is you before acting on a request about your information. Someone can act for you with your written permission. Using these rights will never mean a higher price or a worse service.
If we say no, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to that email; someone who did not make the first decision will review it within 45 days, and if the answer is still no we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
California. Sections 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 set out the categories of information we collect, where it comes from, why, and who receives it. In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers, internet activity, commercial information, audio and video recordings of calls, and inferences drawn from them, and we have shared identifiers and internet activity for advertising as described in section 5. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. We do not give personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing, and we do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
Nevada. We do not sell covered information, but if you send us a request not to, we will honour it.
Health and biometric data. We do not ask for or collect health data or biometric identifiers. Call recordings are a record of the meeting; we do not use them to identify anyone by their voice or face.
United Kingdom and European Union. We use your information to deliver what you bought (contract), to meet legal obligations, with your consent (marketing texts, and ad cookies where consent is required), and for our legitimate interests in running, marketing and protecting the business, which you can object to at any time. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your local data protection authority in the EU, though we would like the chance to fix it first.
10. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and providers we have checked. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires, without undue delay.
11. Children
Our sites and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email support@chingregory.com and we will delete it.
12. Where your information is held
We are a US company and our providers mainly store and process information in the United States. If you are outside the US, your information is transferred there, where privacy laws may be different from yours. Where the law requires it, we use the safeguards our providers offer for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change makes a real difference to how we use information we already hold about you, we will email you before it takes effect.
