Terms and Conditions

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover everything you buy from Chin Gregory Media LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us", "Chin"): courses, programmes, workshops, templates, software access, communities and anything else sold through chingregory.com, app.chingregory.com, ai.chingregory.com, Whop, or a checkout we link you to. By ticking the box at checkout, or by paying, you agree to them. Sections 13 to 20 also cover your use of our websites, whether or not you buy. They are written to be understood.

NOTICE: THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 19. YOU CAN OPT OUT OF THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS, AS SECTION 19 EXPLAINS.

Our Privacy Policy and SMS and Text Messaging Terms sit alongside these terms.

1. Each product's own terms are on its checkout page

What a product includes, its price, how long you have access, and whether it carries any guarantee are stated on that product's checkout page or sales page at the time you buy. Those details are part of your agreement with us. Where they say something different from these terms, the checkout page wins for that product.

Customers OS has its own section at the end of these terms (section 21), because its guarantee has conditions worth setting out in full.

2. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless the checkout shows another currency. Tax, where your country adds it, is shown at checkout.

If a product offers a payment plan, you are agreeing to every payment in the plan, not only the first. The later payments are owed whether or not you use the product. If a payment fails we retry it, and your access is paused until it clears.

Payments are processed by Whop, or by Stripe through our checkout pages. We never see your full card details.

3. Access and delivery

Our products are digital and you get access as soon as your payment clears, by email and inside the platform named on the checkout page (Whop, Chin AI or a members area).

Your access lasts for the period stated on the checkout page. Where no period is stated, you have access for as long as we run that product. Where a product includes software access for a set period, the software goes read-only when the period ends: you can still sign in and read what you made, and the tools switch off.

Live events (workshops, webinars, calls) happen at the time stated. If a product promises a recording it says so; if it does not, there is no replay.

4. Refunds

There are no refunds unless the checkout page for that product says otherwise. Payments are final once access has been given. There is no refund for changing your mind, not finding the time, or not starting.

Where a product does carry a guarantee, its conditions are on that product's checkout page (or, for Customers OS, in section 21), and a refund is made only when those conditions are met.

Immediate access. Because you get access straight away, by ticking the box at checkout you ask us to give you that access immediately, and you acknowledge that once access is given, any 14-day right to cancel that your country's consumer law provides no longer applies to that purchase. Any guarantee stated for the product applies instead.

5. Problems go through the payment platform, not your bank

If you have any problem with a purchase, including a question about a guarantee, you agree to raise it first by email to support@chingregory.com, or through the resolution process of the platform you paid on (Whop runs one for buyers and sellers), and to let that process finish.

You agree not to dispute, reverse or charge back a payment with your card issuer, bank or payment provider for anything that process covers. Raising a chargeback instead of, or during, that process is a breach of these terms. While a chargeback is open your access is paused, and we give the payment platform and the card network the order record, including your agreement to these terms at checkout, your access dates and your use of the product. We answer every message and we fix mistakes on our side; the process exists so that both sides are heard.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will make any money, make any sales, or get any particular result from anything we sell. Nothing on our pages, in our workshops, in our emails or inside a product is a promise of income.

Where a product carries a money-back guarantee, that is a promise about your purchase price under stated conditions. It is not a promise about what your business will earn, now or later.

Our products teach methods and give you tools to run them. What you earn depends on your offer, your market, your audience, your pricing and the work you put in. Any figures we show from Chin's own business or from members and clients are examples of what happened for them in their circumstances, not averages and not what you should expect. Starting a business can lose money as well as make it.

7. Software and AI

Some products include access to Chin AI, our software, which uses artificial intelligence. It drafts, researches and suggests. You are responsible for checking what it produces before you use it, publish it or rely on it, and for making sure anything you publish is lawful and true.

Fair use limits apply so that one account cannot run up costs that affect everyone. If your account hits a daily or monthly usage limit, the tools pause until the limit resets. We may change those limits with notice inside the app. Credits included with a product reset on the stated cycle and unused credits do not carry over. Extra credits are a separate purchase and are not refundable.

8. One person per purchase

A purchase is for you. You may not share your login, give your access to someone else, or buy one seat for a team. If we find shared access, we may close the account without a refund.

9. What you own, and what we own

Everything you create using our products (your offer, your pages, your emails, your product) is yours.

The lessons, templates, prompts, recordings, documents and software are ours. You have a licence to use them for your own business for as long as you have access. You may not copy them, resell them, share them, teach from them, or use them to build a competing product.

10. Communities and live events

Be straight with people. No spam, no selling to other members without permission, no abuse. We can remove anyone who breaks that from a community or a live event, and a removal for conduct does not come with a refund.

11. Changes

We improve products as we go. Lessons get updated, tools get added, and from time to time something gets replaced with something better. We do not reduce what a product's checkout page described during your access period without telling you.

The platforms we deliver on (Whop, Stripe, and the services under Chin AI) are run by third parties. If one of them has an outage we work to restore access. It does not change your access period unless the outage lasts more than 7 days, in which case we add the lost days.

12. Your details

We handle your details under our Privacy Policy. We use your email to deliver what you bought and to tell you about related offers; you can unsubscribe from the offers at any time without affecting your access.

13. Using our websites

These terms also cover your use of our websites (chingregory.com, app.chingregory.com, ai.chingregory.com and the pages we link to), whether or not you buy anything. By using them you agree to sections 13 to 20.

You must be 18 or over to use them. You may read, watch and use what is on them for your own information. You may not:

What is ours. The text, videos, images, designs, software, prompts and templates on our sites belong to Chin Gregory Media LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. "Chin Gregory", "Chin AI", "Customers OS" and our logos are ours. Using the sites does not give you a right to use any of them.

Other companies' names. We name the tools and platforms we teach and use, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, GoHighLevel, Whop and Stripe. Those names belong to their owners. We are not part of, partnered with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, Google, HighLevel, Whop, Stripe or any other company we mention, and we cannot speak for their rules, prices or decisions, which they can change at any time. Naming a person, brand or publication on our sites does not mean they endorse us.

Not professional advice. Our sites, emails, workshops and products are education. Nothing in them is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Get your own advice before you act on anything that needs it. Section 6 (no guarantee of results) applies to every figure, example and testimonial on our sites as well as inside our products.

14. Free resources, workshops and applications

When you sign up for a free resource, register for a workshop, or send us an application:

Text messages are covered by our SMS and Text Messaging Terms. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

15. Emails and electronic records

You agree that we can deal with you electronically. Ticking a box at checkout or on a form, and the emails and records we send you, count as being "in writing" and "signed" wherever the law asks for that. If you want a paper copy of any record, or want to stop dealing with us electronically, email support@chingregory.com. It is free, and it does not undo anything agreed before.

16. Reviews and complaints

You are free to post an honest review of us, our products or your experience, anywhere and at any time, good or bad. We do not ask anyone to agree not to criticise us, and nothing in these terms or anything else we send you limits that right. We will never penalise anyone for an honest review, for complaining to us, for contacting a regulator or an attorney general, or for speaking to a lawyer.

17. Warranties and liability

Our websites, free resources and products are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not give any warranty that is not written in these terms or on a checkout page, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the sites will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses, or that everything on them is complete and up to date.

As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities or lost data, even if we were told they might happen.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the product the claim is about, or $100 if you have not bought anything.

None of this limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence or deliberate wrongdoing, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Where your state or country does not allow a limit or exclusion, it applies only as far as the law allows.

18. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, misused our sites or products, or infringed someone else's rights, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it. This does not apply to anything caused by our own conduct.

19. Disputes and arbitration

Please read this section. It affects how a dispute between us is settled, and you can opt out of it.

Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with us, email support@chingregory.com with the subject line "notice of dispute", saying what went wrong and what you want. We will do the same if we have a claim against you. Each of us then has 30 days to sort it out before taking it further. For a problem with a purchase, section 5 also applies.

Arbitration. If it is not sorted out, it will be settled by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court. The Federal Arbitration Act applies. You can choose to have the arbitration by video or in the county where you live. The arbitrator can award you anything a court could award you as an individual.

One person at a time. Claims can only be brought by you as an individual, not as part of a class action, collective action or representative proceeding. If a court decides this cannot apply to a particular claim, that claim goes to court and the rest of this section still applies.

Who decides. The arbitrator decides questions about this section, including whether a dispute has to go to arbitration. A court decides whether the class action waiver can be enforced, and any claim for public injunctive relief.

Costs. If the arbitration rules ask you to pay a filing fee, we pay any part of it above what you would have paid to file the same claim in court, and we pay the arbitrator's fees.

Small claims. Either of us can take a claim to small claims court instead, if it qualifies.

Many claims at once. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by or with the same lawyers, they will be handled in batches. Time limits for the claims waiting their turn are paused.

You can opt out. To opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver, email support@chingregory.com with the subject line "arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first using our sites or of your purchase, whichever is later, giving your name and saying you opt out. That is all it takes. It is free and changes nothing else. If you opt out, disputes go to court under section 20.

What this section does not cover. It does not apply to claims for public injunctive relief, to claims a state's law says cannot be sent to arbitration, to claims brought by a government agency or attorney general, or to your right to report anything to a regulator or law enforcement. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this section does not apply to you, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

If any part of this section cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest still applies.

You must be 18 or over to buy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If a dispute goes to court rather than arbitration, it goes to the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.

If you are a consumer in a state or country whose law gives you rights that cannot be taken away by agreement, those rights still apply to you, and any part of these terms that conflicts with them does not apply to you. In particular:

If any part of these terms is found not to hold, it is changed as little as needed to make it hold, and the rest still does. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these terms to someone else; we may transfer them if the business is sold or merged. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control. Sections that by their nature should continue after your access ends do continue, including sections 5, 6, 9 and 16 to 20.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change applies to purchases made after it, and does not reduce what you were promised when you bought.

Our Terms of Service and Disclaimer also apply to your use of Chin AI. Where they and these terms differ about a purchase, these terms win.

21. Customers OS

This section applies to Customers OS and sits on top of sections 1 to 20.

What you are buying

Customers OS is a programme for building and launching a digital product. Your purchase includes:

Customers OS is a self-serve programme. It does not include one-to-one calls, coaching, done-for-you work, or a guarantee of personal replies from Chin, unless you buy a separate package that says so.

Price and payment

$897, paid once, or two payments of $497: the first at checkout and the second 30 days later, taken from the same card. Section 2 applies to the second payment.

How long you have access

Your access to Chin AI, the action plan, the builders and the credits runs for 6 months from the day you buy. If the offer you bought under said 12 months (for example a bonus announced on the live workshop for the first buyers), your order confirmation will say 12 months, and 12 months is what you get. When the period ends your account goes read-only as described in section 3. The Whop lessons and community stay open to you as long as we run them.

The 90-day guarantee

We want you to use this, so the guarantee is built around using it. If you do all three of these:

  1. complete the Customers OS action plan inside Chin AI, and submit it as complete when the plan asks you to;
  2. launch your digital product, meaning it is live with a working checkout that can take a payment;
  3. and, 90 days after your purchase date, the sales of that product add up to less than what you paid for Customers OS,

then email support@chingregory.com between day 90 and day 104 after your purchase, and we refund everything you paid for Customers OS. One email. You keep everything you built.

Some plain detail so there is no argument later:
